To submit a care request, please contact our Consumer Support by email, live chat, or by phone and be sure to have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. Please note that you may be required to provide a proof of purchase, and in some instances, Spin Master may require you to provide photos of your product. Spin Master reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny requests in its discretion.
